Your Screen room is made with all extruded aluminum parts for trouble free use for many decades to come. Pre assembled and individually boxed, each section is numbered, for exact placement at the job site. Snap the section in place on the bottom track add the top track and the wall is done.

Each room is custom designed to accommodate your homes needs. We will need precise measurements. We will need to know the side wall measurements front to rear to determine the walls slope. We need to know where you want the door(s) and if the door is do be left or right hinged when viewed from the outside. We will then do a set of drawings and send them to you for your approval. Once approved the room is assembled per the drawings. You will complete the final assembly on site.

Our 3" insulated panel patio roof completes your screen room. The numerous advantages of our 3" snap-lock insulated covers makes them a superior for your screen room. An electrical chase tube can be molded in one roof panel to accommodate lighting or ceiling fan. This roof is perfect for low head room situations or for use in snow load areas. A front gutter (standard) or drip edge fascia is available. The fascia and front gutter (standard) or drip edge fascia is available in 5 colors, the roof panels are available in white or ivory.

Many of our customers run heat inside their shelter to keep warm while working in their workshop.

Frame: The frame on your outdoor storage shed - portable garage is made of high quality galvanized structural steel tubing that is designed not to rust. Most other manufacturers powder coat their steel, which is basically a cheap way to cover black raw pipe and make it appear galvanized. Powder coating, once chipped or scratched, may rust within 24 or 48 hours. The storage shed frame is also pre-drilled and is assembled with carriage bolts so that there are no power tools required during assembly. Average installation time on the one car garage kit is 2 hours with two people the first time setting it up. The heavy duty, galvanized steel frame is designed to withstand high winds and snow.

MDM Rhino Shelter Products offers two sizes of heavy duty open sided Steel Carports. Select either the larger 12x20 car size unit or the smaller, shorter 7x10 unit to fit your needs. The units feature a fabricated pre-drilled frame assembly of heavy square tube steel with all the hardware necessary for easy and instant erection in a matter of minutes. The frame is finished with a heavy powder coated finish of gray. The top roof material is fluted steel sheathing, shipped in pre-cut sheet lengths, with a baked-on neutral color painted finish. The steel panels resist rust, oxidation, or any amount of the sun’s damaging effects. The roof sheets easily attach to the frame assembly with rubber grommet ed self-drilling screws at each frame member. Ends and sides are open to allow ventilation around whatever is placed underneath. The outer edge molding pushes directly onto the steel for a permanent, finished, and attractive edge. MDM Rhino Shelter Products offers two sizes of heavy duty open sided Steel Carports. Select either the larger 12x20 car size unit or the smaller, shorter 7x10 unit to fit your needs. These units are high quality protection from the effects of sun and weather for cars, trucks, machinery, recreational equipment or just about anything else that requires outdoor protection. The units feature a fabricated pre-drilled frame assembly of heavy square tube steel with all the hardware necessary for easy and instant erection in a matter of minutes. The frame is finished with a heavy powder coated finish of grey. The top roof material is fluted steel sheathing, shipped in pre-cut sheet lengths, with a baked-on neutral color painted finish. The steel panels resist rust, oxidation, or any amount of the sun’s damaging effects. The roof sheets easily attach to the frame assembly with rubber grommeted self-drilling screws at each frame member. Ends and sides are open to allow ventilation around whatever is placed underneath. The outer edge molding pushes directly onto the steel for a permanent, finished, and attractive edge. The base of each frame member is pre-drilled to insert the provided ground anchors. The anchors are 18” long steel pins with a large head, which are suitable to secure the carport to almost any surface. The above quotations are based on live load ratings of 20-25# per square foot for 8' projections, #20 for 10' projections and wind ratings of 90 to 100 mph. 30# loads are available using .040 thick panels at additional cost. Consider insulated roofs instead.

The 10' aluminum posts, need to be cemented into the ground at least 2 feet. Optional 8' long post with bottom brackets are available for attaching to decks or concrete patios.

The posts will attach under (to) the front gutter. Space the post evenly along the front gutter of the cover. Keep the first post with in 1’ of the front corner, or follow the engineered drawings specifications.
Optional Set back beam: A 6.75" aluminum "CEE" set back beam can be ordered to create a over hang on the front of your cover. The post then attach to the beam instead of to the gutter. This is a stronger installation and looks better. 18" over hangs look the best, you can make the over hang up to 32".
Optional fireplace work around kit can be added to your cover kit. This kit includes 2 extra outside pre-formed corners, 2 pre- formed inside corners, 4' foot more gutter / Fascia and extra chalking. Use this when a fire place chimney has to be worked around.
