Our Rhino flat-pan DIY patio cover kits add value to your home while providing shade for a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Rhino-Pan covers feature a revolutionary coating process produces a coating that is impervious to the elements making this a long lasting patio cover that is virtually maintenance free!

The Rhino-Pan is a 3" riser panel that is manufactured with Galvalume. The height of the panels and added strength of the high-performance alloy results in a tough panel that offers a stronger and more durable cover than standard aluminum patio covers. This cover features a revolutionary coating process which creates a tough protection barrier against corrosion. This patented process produces a coating that is impervious to weather conditions and is backed by a 20 year warranty!. The Rhino-Pan Cover is virtually maintenance free and is sure to provide you with many years of energy savings and fun on your patio with family friends.

What is Galvalume?
Galvalume is a patented coating process that is designed to protect the high-performance alloy coil. Starting with an Alloy sheet that is covered with an aluminum-zinc coating that is about 55% aluminum and 45% zinc then topped with a clear acrylic top coat. This process utilizes the combination of the barrier corrosion protection of aluminum with the galvalumic protection of Zinc.

Cover is designed to be attached on one 20' side to existing structure
Pre-engineered / pre-packaged patio system.
Includes: 3" Galvalume Rhino-Panels
Includes: 7" wide mouth gutter fascia around perimeter of cover
Includes: gutter splices for 20' length of gutter
Includes: (3) 10' fluted aluminum posts (for in-ground installations)
or choose (3) 8' fluted aluminum posts (for on slab installations)
Includes hardware, sealant, downspout kit and post brackets
Your front height should have at least a ¼” drop per foot of projection. (2 1/2")
Estimated live load ratings of 25-30 lbs per square foot
The 10' aluminum posts, need to be cemented into the ground at least 2 feet. Optional 8' long post with bottom brackets are available for attaching to decks or concrete patios.
The posts will attach under (to) the front gutter with supplied brackets. Space the post evenly along the front gutter of the cover. Keep the first post with in 1’ of the front corner, or follow the engineered drawings specifications.
Optional Set back beam: A set back beam can be ordered to create a over hang on the front of your cover at an additional cost. The post then attach to the beam instead of to the gutter. a 12" - 18" overhang looks the best, you can make the overhang up to 32".
Optional fireplace work-around kit can be added to your cover kit. This kit includes 2 extra outside, pre-formed corners, 2 pre-formed inside corners, 4' foot more gutter / Fascia and extra calking. Use this when a fire place chimney has to be worked around.
