The Rhino-Pan is a 3" riser panel that is manufactured with Galvalume. The height of the panels and added strengh of the high-performance alloy results in a tough panel that offers a stronger and more durable cover than standard aluminum patio covers. This cover features a revolutionary coating process which creates a tough protection barrier against corrosion. This patented process produces a coating that is impervious to weather conditions and is backed by a 20 year warranty!.  What is Galvalume?
Galvalume is a patented coating process that is designed to protect the high-performance alloy coil. Starting with an Alloy sheet that is covered with an aluminum-zinc coating that is about 55% aluminum and 45% zinc then topped with a clear acrylic top coat. This process utilizes the combination of the barrier corrosion protection of aluminum with the galvalumic protection of Zinc.

- Includes: 7" wide mouth gutter fascia around perimeter of cover
- Includes: gutter splices for 20' length of gutter
- Includes: (6) 10' fluted aluminum posts (posts must be cemented in ground)
- Includes hardware, sealant, downspout kit and post brackets
- Your front height should have at least a ¼” drop per foot of projection. (2 1/2")
- Estimated live load ratings of 25-30 lbs per square foot
- The 10' aluminum posts, need to be cemented into the ground at least 2 feet.
- The posts will attach under (to) the side gutters with supplied brackets. posts may be placed 2' back from short ends to create an overhang.
