Our modular Deluxe Screen Room kits come pre-assembled in sections for faster on site installation. The walls of your new room are divided into evenly spaced sections of 4' widths ( or smaller as needed). Each section is factory assembled to your measurements and shipped individually boxed. This greatly reduces on site labor, improves quality, and speeds up the job.
Each section consists of 2" or 3" aluminum extrusions, screening, header and kick panel sections. Header and kick panel sections are made from foam filled aluminum sandwich panels. All our screen room enclosures are tailored to suit your budget and job requirements, and are available with a selection of options.
Most of our customers choose the 2" aluminum non-thermal framing, deluxe screen door, 18x44 mesh screen and the 2" kick panel and header panels in White or Bronze finish. When roofs are needed our 3" insulated panel roof is the overwhelming quality choice.
Options include: 2" or 3" non thermal or thermal extrusions, vinyl windows in several different configurations (Vinyl 4 track, horizontal slider), 1.25" Prime hi-line screen doors, to name a few.
Most customers choose a shed style room with a minimum or very low sloped roof (usually 1" for every foot of projection). Peak style roof are available. Accommodations for asphalt shingles can be had if the slope of the roof is 3" for every foot of projection.
