About Ebel Inc. Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods listed below

Resin:	3 years	1 year
Cushions/Umbrellas:	1 year	N/A
This Limited Warranty Covers Factory defects in material and workmanship. For a period of three (3) years from original date of purchase. Ebel, Inc. will repair or replace the item in the original color and collections or in a comparable color and collection is the original version has been discontinued. Ebel, Inc. will be responsible for freight charges on approved Warranty Claims for a period of one (1) year. After that time, the customer is responsible for any inbound or outbound freight to and from Ebel, Inc including but not limited to freight charges for empty boxes.
Warranty Limitations:Limited Warranty does not include: product failure resulting from improper care or unreasonable use, careless unrapping o furniture, neglect or abuse, actsd of nature, fading of fabrics, mildew, damage by nharsh or abrasive cleaners, lotions, normal wear and tear, glass breakage, or freight damaget. A written submission of warranty claim is required along with presentation of original proof of purchase and photos if applicable. Instructions will be issued in writing.
